Adler Consulting prepared a Traffic Impact Study for a 20,000 sf facility to accommodate 260 children in the Radio Circle development area in Mount Kisco. Additionally, circulation access and parking were reviewed for incorporation by the Site Engineer on the plans.
Timberridge Child Care, Armonk,NY
As part of a plan to accommodate 300 children from a smaller 120 child facility, a new facility is being developed to provide day-care services for IBM and other major corporate facilities in the area of Old Post Road in the Hamlet of Armonk, Town of North Castle.
Strawberry Road Early Learning Center, Yorktown, NY
In 1997, Adler Consulting studied the traffic impacts associated with a 44-child day-care facility. In 2000, we verified the projections for the original facility and analyzed an expansion to accommodate 95 children.
Rye YMCA, Rye, NY
Adler Consulting studied the traffic and parking impacts associated with the Rye YMCA’s plans to “reinvent” its existing facility by adding approximately 17,200 square feet of building space to the existing 31,260 square foot facility, reorienting the entrance of the building to face the Village Green and increasing the size of its parking lot from 40 to 98 spaces.
Somers YMCA, Somers, NY
Adler Consulting was retained by the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester to investigate the potential traffic impacts associated with the development of an approximately 43,000 square foot full-service YMCA facility in the Town of Somers, New York. The facility which will be located with access from NY Route 100, will provide approximately 300 parking spaces including an overflow area to accommodate 100 vehicles.
