As part of a plan for the development of a 20-screen, 5100-seat multiplex theater, Adler Consulting prepared the Parking Assessment and the Traffic Impact Study for this downtown complex. The analyses included 17 intersections over four time frames and three roadway configuration alternatives for Robert Martin Company/Jack Parker Enterprises.

New York Presbyterian Hospital, White Plains, NY
As part of a major team effort, Adler Consulting provided guidance in preparation of a master plan for the hospital's 230-acre campus. Preliminary efforts included the evaluation of alternative development scenarios for impacts on the infrastructure of the adjacent roadways and a preliminary Traffic Assessment of mixed land uses.

As part of their plans for the development of a new retail facility, Adler Consulting analyzed the traffic and parking impacts for a stand-alone 30,000 square foot facility with a new below-grade parking structure to accommodate parking for their operations as well as for an adjacent office facility and a municipal parking component.

A&P, New Rochelle, Scarsdale and Hastings, NY
Adler Consulting prepared a Parking Needs Analysis and reviewed the access and traffic safety considerations for inter-circulation requirements for A&P's plan for an additional parking lot across a heavily-traveled arterial in New Rochelle. Adler Consulting represented A&P to the local community and the Town of Greenburgh in their expansion of their Scarsdale supermarket. Adler Consulting also resolved traffic-related issues with NYS DOT and the Village of Hastings for the conversion and modernization of an A&P to a Food Emporium.
