Projects on which the firm has worked have ranged from:- Developments in downtown New Rochelle, NY consisting of: the 150-unit Trump Plaza residential development LeCount Square, a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use project comprised of a 150-room hotel, 330,000 square feet of office space, 243 residential condominiums and 166,000 sf of retail space; and, the 450,000 sf New Roc City retail center;
- The Concord Resort Community, consisting of 3,000 homes and 2.5 million square feet of commercial/hotel/casino redevelopment in the Town of Thompson, NY;
- Securing $450,000 in federal funds to support the Safe Routes to School program in Ardsley, NY
- Optimizing the 110 City-owned traffic signals in the City of Mount Vernon, NY as part of a federally-funded local signal retiming project
- Evaluating sight distances and traffic control for a single-family home worksite in Greenwich, CT.
